How To Make
Unique Chicken Dosa


1 tsp Ghee

1 Onion

? cup Dosa Batter

200 gm Minced Chicken


1 tbsp Tomato Puree

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

8 Curry Leaves

1 tbsp Coriander Leaves


1 Green Chilli

? tsp Red Chilli Powder

Salt as per taste

? tsp Black Pepper Powder


? tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Oil

? tsp Cumin Seeds

Step 1

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.  Saute curry leaves, onions, green chillies and cumin seeds for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree. Mix well.

Step 3

Now add turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and black pepper powder. Saute for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add coriander leaves, minced chicken and mix well. 

Step 5

Add water. Cook upto 4-5 whistles.

Step 6

Heat a griddle and drop a ladle of dosa batter on it. Spread it evenly in a circular motion.

Step 7

Add chicken filling and spread. Add ghee also. 

Cover and cook till brown. Serve hot.
