2 tbsp Carrot
2 tbsp Onion
2 tbsp Cabbage
2 tbsp Mushroom
2 tbsp Beans
1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Garlic
Salt as per taste
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, garlic and ginger. Saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add cabbage, beans, carrot and mushroom. Fry till soft.
Add water, soya sauce and salt. Let it simmer.
Add corn flour slurry. Boil till it thickens.
Add black pepper powder, green chilli sauce and vinegar. Serve hot.
