As the season changes, it's essential to keep your immune system strong. Orange and ginger juice is a powerful and delicious way to do just that. Here's how to make it.

2 fresh oranges, 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon honey (optional), ice cubes.

Peel the ginger using a spoon or a vegetable peeler and chop it into small pieces.

Juice the oranges using an electric juicer. You can also use a citrus squeezer or do it the old-fashioned way by squeezing the juice by hand.

Add the chopped ginger, orange juice, and honey (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the juice into glasses filled with ice cubes. Stir well and enjoy your immunity-boosting orange and ginger juice.
