A handful of coriander, chopped
A handful of curry leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
4 cups Water

Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients. Add salt to taste and double the quantity of water. Mix well till you get a runny and smooth batter.

Step 2

Cover the batter and let it rest for five minutes. Meanwhile, heat the tawa on medium flame. Pour the batter onto tawa in circles.

Add some oil and let it cook. Flip and cook on the other side for 2-3 minutes.

Serve your dosa hot with chutney or sambhar.
