2 Raw Mangoes, cubed
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp Fenugreek Powder
3 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Hing
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Chop raw mango into bite-sized pieces. Add salt, coat it well and keep it aside.
Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Then, add hing and fenugreek powder.
Next, add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well and take it off the flame.
Add the spices mix to the mango.
Mix it well. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
Your instant mango pickle is ready! Enjoy it with paratha, khichdi or any other dish of your choice.
