½ cup Cheese, grated

¼ cup Capsicum 

¼ cup Mushroom, cooked

¼ cup Onion

½ cup Curd 

½ cup Sooji


1 tbsp Rice Flour

Baking Soda, a pinch

1 tbsp Maida

1 tbsp Tomato Sauce

Salt as per taste


1 tsp Garlic

¼ tsp Oregano

¼ tsp Red Chilli Flakes 

¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder

Step 1

Take sooji in a mixing bowl and add curd, rice flour, maida and salt to it. Mix everything well.

Step 2

Add some water and make a pancake-like batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Add baking soda and chopped garlic, and mix well.

Step 4

Grease a pan with oil and add a ladle-full of batter to it. Spread well. Close the lid and let it cook till one side turns brown.

Step 5

Flip it over and spread tomato sauce.

Step 6

Add grated cheese, capsicum slices, onion, mushroom and garlic.

Step 7

Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper powder and some extra cheese.

Step 8

Close the lid and cook for 7-8 minutes. Serve hot.
