SOOJI SPRING ROLL
RECIPE

¼ cup Carrot

½ cup Sooji 

½ cup Potato, boiled

¼ cup Onion

¼ cup Capsicum

 ¼ tsp Chaat Masala

Salt to taste

1 tbsp Coriander Leaves 

¼ cup Curd

INGREDIENTS

½ tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

 ¼ tsp Coriander Powder 

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder 

Take sooji in a bowl and add curd, salt and water to make a smooth batter. Cover and keep aside for 15-20 mins.

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, saute some onions and ginger-garlic paste.

Step 2

Add capsicum, carrot and boiled potato.

Step 3

Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala and coriander leaves. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Pour the batter on a flat tawa. Let it cook on both sides.

Step 5

Add potato stuffing and cut the rolls into smaller pieces. Serve with any sauce of your choice.
