½ cup Ice Cubes
2 tsp Sugar
½ cup Ghee, melted
Take melted ghee in a bowl.
Add ice cubes to the molten ghee.
Whisk it quickly. Keep whisking to prepare a smooth mixture.
Remove the ice cubes once the makhan is formed.
Add sugar to the butter and mix well till it is dissolved.
Take it out in a serving bowl. Your Makhan Mishri Bhog is ready!
