Salt as per taste

1 Dry Red Chilli

4-5 Curry Leaves

½ cup grated Coconut

1 cup grated Cauliflower

1 tbsp Peanuts

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

½ tsp Lemon Juice

2 Green Chillies


½ tsp Mustard Seeds

½ tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Chana Dal

1 tsp Urad Dal

Step 1

Dry roast grated cauliflower till the moisture is completely absorbed and it turns dry and crunchy. Keep aside.

Step 2

Dry roast the peanuts and keep aside. In the same pan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and red chilli, and let them splutter. 

Step 3

Add chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves and green chilli, and saute till they turn light brown in colour.

Step 4

Add the peanuts, roasted cauliflower, salt, lemon juice, and fry everything together.

Step 5

Finally, add grated coconut to the rice and give a good mix. Serve hot.
