Mango kulfi is a summer favourite, loved for its rich taste and creamy texture. If you're a fan, here's an easy recipe to make it perfectly every time.

2 ripe mangoes, 2 cups milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt.

Blend ripe mangoes into a smooth, creamy puree. Strain to remove any fibres for a silky texture.
Combine milk, cream, sugar, cardamom powder and salt in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves and mixture boils.

Let the milk mixture cool slightly, then stir in the mango puree until well combined.
Pour mixture into kulfi moulds or cups. Freeze for about 6-8 hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy!
