6-7 fried urad dal wadis, 1 cup cooked potato curry, red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp green chilies, Salt to taste, Oil

Fry the urad dal wadi until crispy, then soak them in water.

Heat some oil, add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, then toss in the cooked potato curry.

Stir in red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.

Add the soaked wadis and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve this spicy Amritsari aloo wadi with roti or steamed rice.
