Pickle is a popular accompaniment in India, & there are many delicious variations of it. Here's an instant garlic pickle recipe that can be made in 10 mins. Try it this winter season!

500 grams garlic, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp fenugreek powder, 1 tsp mustard seeds, Salt to taste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp mustard oil

Take the peeled garlic cloves and steam them. Then, transfer them to a large bowl.

Add the spices-red chilli powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder, and salt to taste-and squeeze the lemons into the bowl.

Heat mustard oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Once done, pour the hot oil over the steamed garlic cloves.

Mix everything properly so that the garlic cloves are well-coated. Your instant pickle is ready to serve!

You can store this pickle in an airtight glass container for about 2-3 months.
