1 cup Milk
 1 1/2 cups Sugar 

Nuts & Seeds

2 tsp Almonds
 3 tsp Cashew Nuts
 3 tsp Pistachios
 3 tsp Watermelon Seeds
 3 tsp Poppy Seeds 

Spices & Condiments

  3 tsp Green Cardamom
 2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Black Peppercorns
 Rose Petals (For Garnishing)

Step 1

Place all the nuts and seeds in a bowl. Add green cardamom, cinnamon and peppercorns to the mix. Grind it well. 

Step 2

Take a pan and pour milk in it. Add sugar and the powdered mixture to it. Bring it to boil.

Step 3

Keep it in the refrigerator to cool. Pour the thandai in a glass. 

Step 4

Garnish with almonds, cashew nuts and rose petals. Serve chilled!
