Looking for a refreshing and healthy summer breakfast? This mango oats smoothie is just what your mornings need.

It is quite easy to make and gives you that perfect cool feel during hot summer days.

2 Alphonso mangoes
15 gm oats
110 ml milk
30 gm sugar or honey
160 ml yoghurt
5 almonds

Peel the mangoes, slice them up, and keep them aside for later.

Heat milk in a saucepan, stir in oats, and let it cook for a few minutes. Turn off the heat, mix in sugar or honey, and allow it to cool down completely.

Take the almonds and crush them coarsely using a blender.

Now blend the mangoes, oats, almonds, sugar, and yoghurt together until you get a nice, creamy texture.

Refrigerate the smoothie for an hour and serve it chilled.
