1 cup Atta
1 tbsp Oil

Start by kneading a soft dough using atta and oil. Add water slowly and bring everything together. Let the dough rest for a bit. Meanwhile, wash, peel and grate the mooli well.

For the stuffing, move the grated mooli to a bowl. Throw in the chopped green chilli, spices, ajwain and fresh coriander. Give it all a good mix.

Split the dough into equal parts and roll them out. Add a generous spoonful of the mooli filling in the centre, sprinkle some salt, and fold in the edges neatly. Roll it out gently.

Heat a tawa over a medium flame. Place the stuffed dough on the hot surface and let it cook. Flip once, then brush some ghee over it to keep it soft and flavourful.
