Masala Pav is a street-style treat by filling toasted bread with a spicy veggie mixture. Here's how you can recreate it at home:

2 pav buns
2 medium onions (100 gm)
1 medium tomato (80 gm)
1 small capsicum (50 gm
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste (15 gm)

2 tbsp pav bhaji masala (20 gm)
2 tbsp butter (30 gm)
Fresh coriander (10 gm), chopped
1 lemon (30 gm), cut into wedges

Chop onions, tomatoes, and capsicum. Saute them in butter with ginger-garlic paste and pav bhaji masala until fragrant and well-cooked.

Move the masala to the side of the pan. Toast the buns in the same butter-filled pan until golden and crisp, soaking up the masala flavours.

Spread the spicy masala generously over the toasted buns. Top with freshly chopped onions, coriander, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
