SEV PURI
1 tbsp Onion
1 tbsp Tomato
½ cup Potato, boiled & mashed
¼ cup Sooji
½ cup Maida
MAIDA
½ tsp Ajwain
2 tbsp Mint Chutney
2 tbsp Red Chilli Chutney
2 tbsp Imli Chutney
2 tbsp Sev
SAUCE
A pinch of Cumin Powder
¼ tsp Lemon Juice
A pinch of Chaat Masala
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
SPICES
Prepare a soft dough by mixing maida, sooji, ajwain, oil and water.
STEP 1
Once it is done, roll out evenly and poke some holes with a fork. Cut out small roundels and fry till golden-brown.
STEP 2
Assemble the Sev Puri by adding mashed potato, onion and tomato on the puris.
STEP 3
Top it with the chutneys and sev.
STEP 4
Sprinkle some chaat masala, cumin powder and lemon juice. Serve fresh!
