Ghevar with carrot sorbet is a delightful twist on a classic dessert. Looking for a refreshing treat? You've got to try this!

2 cups grated carrots
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup flour
1/4 cup ghee
A pinch of salt
1/2 spoon baking powder
Water
Oil

Grab a saucepan and toss in 2 cups of grated carrots and 1 cup of orange juice. Cook over medium heat until the carrots become nice and soft.

Blend the mixture. Now, mix in 1/2 cup of sugar and 1tbsp of lemon juice. Pour it into a bowl and freeze for about 4-5 hours.

In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of ghee, and 1/2 tbsp of baking powder. Add water until you have a pourable batter.

Heat up some oil in a frying pan. Pour the batter in a circular motion and fry until it's golden brown and crispy.

Plate up the fried ghevar and add a generous scoop of carrot sorbet on top. Top it off with mint leaves or a sprinkle of orange zest.
