This South Indian delicacy needs no separate introduction. It is healthy, wholesome and includes no oil in the recipe.

2. Dhokla

This Gujarati staple is oil-free and prepared by steaming a batter made of besan. You also get dhokla variants made of rice flour.

Eggs are packed with proteins and considered a great option for breakfast. Just boil them and have them with some salt and pepper.

A popular breakfast option, here you soak oats in curd overnight and mix with honey, and your favourite fruits the next morning.

This is probably the quickest breakfast option one can think of. Blend fruits, greens with or without milk. Add some toppings and enjoy.
