Biryani is loved by all, but not everyone has the time to cook it the traditional way for hours. We have a one-pot biryani recipe that makes your biryani quickly and easily.

1. Marinate The Chicken

Marinate chicken with curd, coriander, turmeric, cumin, pepper, and salt for 30 minutes.

2. Prepare The Pressure Cooker

Heat the pressure cooker on low. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, anise, cardamom, cloves, ginger-garlic paste, and onions.

3. Cook The Chicken

Sautee until the onions soften. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

4. Add Tomatoes And Spices

Stir in tomatoes and green chillies. When the tomatoes are soft, add red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and black pepper.

5. Cook The Biryani

Add soaked rice and water. Seal the cooker and cook for 2 whistles. Release the pressure, and enjoy your flavorful one-pot biryani!
