Ingredients:

200 grams paneer
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup cornflour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp milk
Salt, as required
Oil, for deep frying

Step-1

Cut the paneer into cubes or long fingers. Marinate them in a mixture of ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, and salt for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, prepare a slurry by combining cornflour, milk, garam masala, black pepper, salt, and a little water as needed. Mix well to form a smooth, lump-free batter.

Dip each paneer piece into the slurry, coat it with breadcrumbs, and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy.
