Pineapple raita is a refreshing blend of yoghurt, pineapple, and aromatic spices. Pair it with meals or eat it whole, this raita is perfect for everything. Here's how to make it.

1 ½ cups yoghurt
½ cup pineapple
2 tbsp pomegranate arils
¼ tsp red chilli powder
¾ tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
⅓ cup chopped coriander

In a bowl, whisk the yoghurt until smooth and creamy. This will help avoid lumps and create a smooth and silky texture for the raita.

Mix in the chopped pineapple and pomegranate arils. This will add a burst of sweetness and the pomegranate arils will make it visually attractive.

Add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, sugar, and salt to the yoghurt mixture. Mix well so that the spices combine well and there are no lumps.

Top with fresh coriander leaves for a beautiful colour and freshness. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve alongside your favourite dishes!
