1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
250 gm Chicken
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1 tsp Butter
½ tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Corn Flour
1 tbsp Cream
Boil chicken till soft. Let it cool and shred.
Heat butter in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste, saute well.
Add shredded chicken, green chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Add chicken water, lemon juice and cream.
Add corn flour, mix well, and boil for 4-5 minutes.
Serve hot!
