¼ cup Onion 

½ cup Dosa Batter 

2 Green Chillies 



Salt as per taste

1 tbsp Coriander Leaves 

1 Egg 

Break an egg in a bowl and whisk it well. 

Step 1

Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt. Mix everything well. 

Step 2

Place a tawa on the stove and drop the dosa batter and spread it across the tawa in a circular motion. 

Step 3

When the batter gets slightly cooked, pour the egg mixture and spread it. 

Step 4

Let it cook until the edges start to separate from the bottom. Turn over the dosa and cook for 2 minutes. 

Step 5

Serve hot.
