1 Green Chilli

1 ½ cups Dosa Batter

150 gm Spinach

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder

 Salt as per taste


Step 1

Boil spinach for 5 minutes. Let it cool and grind.

Step 2

In a bowl of dosa batter, add spinach paste, salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, green chilli and ginger-garlic paste.

Step 3

Give it a good stir so that all the ingredients are mixed well.

Step 4

On a greased pan, pour a ladleful of batter. Spread it in a round circle.

Step 5

When it turns golden brown, flip and cook on the other side. 

Step 6

Serve hot.
