Salt to taste
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
4-5 Curry Leaves
150 gm Boneless Chicken
3 Whole Red Chillies
1 tbsp Besan
In a large bowl, mix boneless chicken pieces with salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice.
Add ginger-garlic paste, besan and a little water. Mix it and let it marinate.
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds, whole red chillies and curry leaves.
Add the marinated chicken to the pan. Cook till it turns golden brown, then turn off the heat.
Garnish with onion rings and serve with bread of choice.
