Cut paneer into small pieces and fry until crisp and brown on both sides. Set aside.
In the same pan, cook jeera, garlic, green chillies, sesame seeds, dry coconut, and coriander leaves. Blend into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan and saute sliced onions until translucent.
Add thecha paste, water, turmeric, coriander powder and salt to the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Add fried paneer and green chillies to the pan. Mix well with garam masala and serve hot.
