2 tsp Curd
½ cup Paneer Bhurji
1 cup Instant Dosa Mix
Make a dosa batter with curd and instant dosa mix.
Heat a tawa and add a ladleful of batter to the tawa and spread evenly.
Add paneer bhurji to half of the dosa.
Toast until it turns crispy and golden-brown in colour. Fold the dosa in half.
Enjoy it as it is or serve with any chutney of your choice.
