QUICK AND EASY
PANEER FINGERS
RECIPE


Ingredients

250 gm Paneer

2 tbsp Corn Flour

2 tbsp Maida

½ cup Bread Crumbs

Ingredients

Salt as per taste

½ tsp Coriander Powder

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

Ingredients

½ tsp Oregano

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

½ tsp Chaat Masala

½ tsp Chilli Flakes

Take paneer in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, coriander powder and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 1

In another bowl, add maida, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes. Mix well.

Step 2

Add water to make a paste. Then, coat the marinated paneer with the paste.

Step 3

Next, coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry till golden brown.

Step 4

Serve hot with any sauce or dip of your choice.
