Want a refreshing drink to beat the heat? Try this quick and easy saunf ka sharbat! It has a cooling effect and is perfect for your digestion. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:

½ cup fennel seeds (saunf)
2 green cardamom
2 cloves
5-6 black peppercorns
15-16 mint leaves
4 tbsp low-calorie sweetener
Black salt
2 tsp fennel powder
Ice cubes

1. Boil Spices

In a pan, add water. Now add fennel seeds, green cardamoms, cloves, black peppercorn, and mix. Cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Strain.

2. Add Mint For Freshness

In a glass, add lots of fresh mint leaves. Muddle mint leaves using a muddler. Make sure to keep a gentle yet firm hand to extract its juices.

3. Add Flavours

To the strained mixture, add roasted fennel powder, black salt, and a low-calorie sweetener of your choice. Mix everything well.
