2 tsp Butter
Salt as per taste
2 tsp Milk
1/2 cup Hung Curd
2 tsp Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Grated Onion
2 Green Chillies
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Whisk eggs with some milk, salt and black pepper.
Add butter in a pan and let it melt.
Add egg mix and fry until both sides turn slightly brown on both sides.
Take curd in a bowl and add salt, green chillies, coriander leaves and grated onion.
Spread the curd mix on the omelette.
Roll it and serve with ketchup and onions by the side.
