2 slices Bread

2 tbsp Onion

1 Green Chilli

1 tbsp Butter

2 Eggs


½ tsp Pepper

½ tsp Oregano

½ tsp Chilli Flakes

Salt as per taste

Take a bowl and break an egg in it. Add salt, pepper powder, oregano, chilli flakes, onion and green chilli. Mix well.

Step 1

Heat butter in a pan. Toast the bread slices on the pan, till it turns golden-brown.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture into it.

Step 3

Add both the bread slices on top.

Step 4

Flip the omelette on the other side along with the bread attached to it.

Step 5

Fold the omelette from the sides. Next, fold one bread slice on top of the other. Cut it into half and serve hot!
