Ingredients

4-5 pieces Chicken

 cup Onion, pureed

 ? cup Mint Leaves

 cup Coriander Leaves

 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 Green Chilli

1 tbsp Besan

Ingredients

Salt to taste

tsp Garam Masala

tsp Black Pepper Powder

? tsp Coriander Powder

Make a smooth paste of mint leaves, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and besan in a mixer grinder.

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, add chicken, the prepared green paste, curd, pureed onion and ginger-garlic paste.

Step 2

Further, add to this black pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and mix well. Keep it aside for an hour.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken and cook till it becomes tender.

Step 4

Garnish with onion rings and serve hot.
