Rajasthani peanut chutney is a quick, flavourful side dish that adds a spicy and tangy touch to any meal. Made with simple ingredients, this chutney is perfect when you want something tasty in very little time.

1 cup roasted peanuts
2 dried red chillies
2 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1–2 tablespoons water (as needed)

Add roasted peanuts, dried red chillies, garlic, and cumin seeds to a grinder.

Grind the mixture until it becomes slightly coarse for an authentic Rajasthani texture.

Add salt and lemon juice, then blend again briefly.

Pour a little water to adjust consistency and grind once more. Taste and adjust seasoning if required.
