RESTAURANT-STYLE CHICKEN
SALT AND PEPPER

Ingredients

200 gm Chicken Strips

1 Egg

1-2 tbsp Corn Flour

¼ cup Capsicum

¼ cup Onion

Ingredients

1 tsp Spring Onion

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 tsp Ginger and Garlic chopped

1 Red Chilli

Oil as required

1 tsp Schezwan Sauce

 ¼ tsp Sugar

Marinate chicken strips in salt, black pepper powder, whisked egg and olive oil. 

Step 1

Add corn flour to the marinated chicken. Then, fry the chicken strips till golden brown.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger, garlic, red chilli, onion and capsicum.

Step 3

Add salt, sugar and fried chicken to the pan.  Mix well and let the chicken get coated with the spices.

Step 4

Add schezwan sauce and black pepper powder. Mix well and turn off the heat. Garnish with chopped spring onion. Serve hot!
