5 Tomatoes
10 Curry Leaves
1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
1 tsp Ginger

1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Sugar

5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
Pour oil in pan, put mustard seeds, curry leaves, crushed garlic cloves and chopped ginger. Saute them.
Add tomatoes and mix to make a thick paste.
Add red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, sugar and vinegar.
Saute thoroughly and serve.
The tomato chutney serves as an excellent accompaniment for your meal!
