Tired of eating plain idlis? This one features a medley of veggies that add colour and nutrition to your regular idli recipe. Here's an easy recipe to make it at home.

Start by adding besan (gram flour) and suji (semolina) in a large bowl.

Next, add chopped capsicum, tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, carrot, coriander, salt, green peas, and curd. Mix well.

Let the mixture rest for about 15-20 minutes. Then, add paneer and mix and again.

Grease the idli moulds with oil and pour the prepared batter into them.

Steam for about 10-12 minutes or until the idlis become soft and fluffy. Serve hot with sambar or chutney and enjoy!
