SONTH AUR METHI LADOO RECIPE 

1/4 cup Ghee

1/2 cup Atta

1/2 cup Gur

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

1tsp Dry Fruits

1/2 tsp Ginger Powder

1/2 tbsp Methi Seeds

1tsp Fennel Seeds

Dry roast fennel seeds and methi seeds for 2-3 minutes, and grind.

Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan and add atta.

Step 2

Stir and roast till brown.

Step 3

Add gur, ginger powder, fennel and methi powder to roasted atta. Mix well.

Step 4

Knead the mixture lightly and make round balls out of it.

Step 5

Garnish the ladoos with dry fruits and serve.
