MASALA VADA
RECIPE

Ingredients

? cup Chana Dal, soaked

4-5 Curry Leaves

1 tbsp Coriander Leaves

1 tbsp Besan

2 tbsp Onion

? tsp Red Chilli Powder 

1 Green Chilli

1 tsp Ginger

Salt as per taste

 Firstly, soak chana dal for about 2 hours. Then, grind it coarsely.

Step 1

Add onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves and ginger to the Chana Dal mix.

Step 2

Further, add green chilli and red chilli powder. Mix well.

Step 3

Add some besan if the mixture is soggy. Then, take a small portion of the mixture in your hand and form a round shape.

Step 4

Deep fry the vadas until golden brown. 

Step 5

Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
