Craving a unique twist to your usual dosa? The chilli cheese dosa is the perfect fusion of spice and cheesiness that will leave your taste buds tingling. Here's how to make it.

1/2 kg rice, 100 gms urad dal, 50 gms chana dal, 50 gms mozzarella cheese, 1-2 tsp oil, chilli flakes, salt to taste.

Soak rice and lentils overnight in water. Blend them together with salt to create a smooth, flowing batter that spreads easily.

Heat a tawa on medium flame, sprinkle some water to cool it slightly, and drizzle a few drops of oil evenly.

Pour a ladle of the batter onto the hot tawa and spread it out evenly in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.

Generously sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese all over the dosa, followed by a pinch of chilli flakes to add a spicy kick.

Once the dosa turns golden brown and crisp, fold it carefully. Serve it piping hot with sambar, coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
