Crispy, crunchy pakoda paired with a hot cup of tea is everyone's weakness. If you are a fan of spicy fried snacks, try this hari mirch pakoda.

1 cup Green Chillies
1 1/2 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
A pinch of Soda

Take besan in a bowl and add all the spices along with soda. Mix well.
Add water to the besan mixture and whisk well.
Keep adding water and whisk till the batter is of smooth consistency.
Now take the green chillies and slit all of them from the centre.
Coat the green chillies with the besan batter till completely covered.
Deep fry the coated green chillies in hot oil till they turn crispy.
Serve hot and crispy hari mirch ke pakode with a sprinkle of chaat masala along with tomato sauce.
