Ingredients

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 Green Chilli

4 Curry Leaves

½ tsp Mustard Seeds

½ cup Mushroom

Ingredients

½ tsp Ginger

¼ tsp Cumin Powder

½ tsp Garam Masala

½ tsp Garlic

Ingredients

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 tbsp Maida

1 tbsp Rice Flour

Salt as per taste

In a bowl, add maida, rice flour, salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder and garam masala.

Step 1

Mix well. Add water and make a paste.

Step 2

Add mushroom over the paste. Fry the mushroom till golden brown.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger and garlic.

Step 4

Pour the tadka over the fried mushroom. Serve.
