Move over regular bhurji made with egg or paneer and try this delicious and spicy soya bhurji instead!

200g Soya Granules
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 Green Chillies
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilli, garlic and ginger. Let it saute for a minute.
Add chopped onion, salt and turmeric to the mixture. Keep roasting on medium flame.
Now add coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder. Mix everything well.
Slowly mix in the soya granules and chopped tomato. Sprinkle garam masala and let it cook for a minute.
Garnish with coriander leaves and whole green chilli. Serve hot!
