2 slices Bread

½ tsp Pepper Powder

Salt as per taste

¼ cup Besan

2 Potatoes, boiled & mashed


½ tsp Coriander Powder

2 tbsp Green Chutney

½ tsp Cumin Seeds

¼ tsp Baking Soda

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

Make a besan paste by mixing besan with salt, baking soda and water. Keep it aside.

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and boiled potatoes. Fry for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt.

Step 3

Take two slices of bread and apply green chutney on both the slices. Then, spread the potato mix on one of the bread slices.

Step 4

Cover and cut into half. Dip them into the besan mixture.

Step 5

Fry them until golden brown. Serve with any sauce of your choice.
