This Street-Style Masala Egg Sandwich is a quick breakfast or evening snack that you can prepare in minutes. It is filling, flavourful, and ideal for a protein-rich meal.

Eggs are high in protein, which is essential for muscle growth. They are also packed with vitamins and nutrients that support overall health.

5 Boiled Eggs (chopped)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (finely chopped)1
tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Green Chutney
2 tbsp Red Chutney

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, chopped onion, and ginger garlic paste. Fry for a few minutes until fragrant.

Add chopped tomatoes and fry briefly. Then add green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Add chopped boiled eggs to the pan. Mix gently and turn off the heat.

Take bread slices and spread butter and green chutney on both slices. Add a layer of red chutney and place the egg mixture on it.

Place the second bread slice on top. Heat a pan with butter and fry the sandwich on both sides until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
