1 Tomato

1 Onion

1 Potato, boiled

2 Pav Buns


1 Green Chilli

2 tsp Pav Masala

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

Salt as per taste

In a pan heat oil. Add the onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chilli. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 1

Next, add tomato and cook till it is soft and starts to brown. Then, add the boiled and mashed potato.

Step 2

Add salt and pav masala to the mixture. Give it a good mix.

Step 3

Add half cup of water to combine the masala together. Cook it till the water dries.

Step 4

In the same pan, toast the buns on both sides. Spread a spoonful of the prepared masala on one side of the bun.

Step 5

Close the bun and remove from heat. Your Masala pav is ready to be served with onion rings and chutney of your choice!
