Pani Puri Recipe

1 Boiled Potato
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Boiled Chana
3 cups Water 
1/2 cup Boondi 
        Condiments

3-4 cups Coriander Leaves 
3 tbsp Ginger, chopped
3 tbsp Green Chillies, chopped
1 tsp Imli Pulp 
        Spices

2 tsp Black Salt 
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder  
1 tsp Chaat Masala 
        How To Make
  Keep some store-bought puris ready. You can also make them with a sooji or atta batter by deep frying them.
            Step 1
  Grind together mint leaves, coriander leaves, chopped ginger and green chillies.
            Step 2
  Take the paste in a bowl, and add Imli pulp and cumin powder to it. 
            Step 3
  Add chaat masala, black salt and water to the mixture. 
            Step 4
   Stir well, and add boondi to the prepared paani as required. 
            Step 5
  Take diced potatoes, onions and black chana in a bowl for the filling. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and red chilli powder.
            Step 6
  Mix thoroughly so that the spices are evenly distributed through the filling. 
            Step 7
   Now, take the puris and fill them with the mixture. 
            Step 8
  Serve with a glass of spicy pani puri-special paani!
