½ cup Sooji 

¼ cup Curd

1-2 Vada

¼ cup Boiled Potatoes

½ cup Maida


2 tbsp Mint Chutney

1 tbsp Sev

1-2 Papdi

2 tbsp Kala Chana, boiled

2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney


1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

¼ tsp Chaat Masala

½ tsp Oil

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds 

Knead dough with maida, sooji, oil and water. 

Step 1

Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it. 

Step 2

Fry in hot oil till it puffs and turns golden brown. Hollow it in the centre. 

Step 3

Add vada, papdi, boiled potatoes, kala chana and curd. Sprinkle a generous amount of chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder.

Step 4

Top it off with pomegranate seeds, sev, curd, mint chutney, tamarind chutney and repeat the sprinkling of chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder.
