Kachori is one of the most beloved Indian snacks, loved for its crispy texture. Now, give it a delicious twist with this easy stuffed besan kachori recipe.

Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add ghee or oil and gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Knead and rest for 30 minutes.

Roast besan in a pan until fragrant. Mix it with grated coconut, coriander, cumin seeds, garam masala, chilli powder, salt and lemon juice.
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a circle.

Place a spoonful of besan mixture in the centre of each dough circle. Fold and seal the dough, shaping it into a kachori shape.
Heat oil in a deep-frying pan. Fry the stuffed kachoris until golden brown and crispy. Drain and serve hot with chutney!
