Ingredients of Stuffed Besan Kachori

  • 2 Cups All purpose flour
  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel seed
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • A pinch of Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Kutti Lal mirch
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Achaar ka Masala
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Stuffed Besan Kachori

Take flour in a bowl, add carom seeds , salt, nigella seeds and ghee to it, knead a soft dough and keep it aside.
To make the stuffing, heat one spoon oil in a pan, add asafoetida, cumin and fennel in it. After this, add chopped onion and green chilli and fry for a few seconds.
Now add one cup gram flour in it and fry for 2 minutes. Now add chopped red chilli, coriander powder and pickle masala and cook while mixing well.
After cooking for 2 minutes, turn off the gas, add green coriander and mix.
Keep the oil on the gas to heat.
Make balls of the dough, roll it a little, make a ball of the prepared gram flour stuffing, place it in the middle, cover it from all sides and make a ball again.
Roll it out again in the shape of a puri. After the oil is well heated, keep it on low medium flame.
Deep fry the kachoris in hot oil until they become golden crispy. Pair the prepared kachoris with potato curry or chutney.
